Also offering Breakfast club and after school care  for children 1- 11years, collecting and delivering to and from Ravenhurst, Millfield and Kingsway Primary Schools

We also have a flexible service offering, Morning, afternoon sessions and full day care
We also operate a Holiday club for all major school holidays except  2 weeks at Christmas.

We are situated within the grounds of Ravenhurst Primary school and have 2 buildings . We were recently awarded £330,000 from Leicestershire County Council, for a brand new modern, purpose built building. This provides two large open plan classrooms and  a veranda which opens out onto our large secure outside play area.

There is an experienced and qualified staff team of 13 who are managed and led by Stephanie Bennett who also works for Leicester City Council as a child care tutor.

The children have free flow access to the patio and garden all year round and parents are encouraged to send their children dressed ready for the outdoors and all weathers.  There is a welly station for children to leave their wellies at pre-school.

We kindly ask that children are sent in appropriate clothing, although staff are vigilant. Children attract mud and dirt and  staff encourage children to get engrossed in physically active activities which help children learn through play. All items of clothing need to be clearly labelled with your child's name.

At Kidaroo Childcare we believe that in todays society, childhood is getting shorter and shorter, we believe children should have all the opportunities we had 20 -30 years ago.
This may mean becoming involved in activies , such as making rose petal purfume, mud pies. climbing tress, making dens. Jumping in puddles, woodwork activities and so many more awe enspiring learning opportunities.

See the link below 10 reasons to let children play in mud
